You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Jestorm immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All content on Jestorm, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jestorm or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or servers and networks connected to Jestorm. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, spamming, or transmitting any harmful or disruptive code.

Clients agree to pay for services rendered through Jestorm according to the rates and terms specified for each project. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Non-payment or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by the Jestorm team. Users seeking refunds must provide a valid reason for the request and comply with any additional terms set by Jestorm regarding refunds.

Your use of Jestorm is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Jestorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if Jestorm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
